Cookie Notice

Provider: Andrew Reinhard d/b/a Domainvane, 148 Coleto Trail, Bastrop, TX 78602. Effective date: September 29, 2026.

Domainvane currently uses two first-party cookies. Both are strictly necessary to provide and protect the requested service. The application does not set analytics, advertising, preference, or social-media cookies.

Cookies we set

CookiePurposePropertiesDuration
sidKeeps an account signed in. The browser gets a random identifier and the server stores only its SHA-256 hash.HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Path=/, and Secure on the production HTTPS configurationConfigured session lifetime, currently 14 days by default; replaced on login and expired on logout
csrfHelps reject forged signup, login, public-checker, and other form submissions. It is not an advertising identifier.SameSite=Lax, Path=/, readable by the page, and Secure on the production HTTPS configurationBrowser-session cookie because the application sets no Max-Age

Server-side product analytics are database rows, not cookies. They do not require a browser identifier and their event properties exclude email, hostname, and token values. Cloudflare provides DNS, CDN/security, and the tunnel, but the current application does not rely on a Cloudflare analytics cookie. If the production Cloudflare configuration or another tool begins setting a cookie, this notice must be updated before that feature is enabled.

Managing cookies

Logging out expires sid. Browser controls can remove or block both cookies, but blocking them prevents login and may prevent protected forms and the public checker from working. Because the current cookies are necessary rather than optional, Domainvane does not currently provide a cookie preference center.

Questions may be sent to the support address displayed by Domainvane. This notice is interpreted consistently with the laws of Texas.
