Terms of Service

Provider: Andrew Reinhard d/b/a Domainvane, 148 Coleto Trail, Bastrop, TX 78602. Effective date: September 29, 2026.

These Terms govern use of Domainvane. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Domainvane for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

The service

Domainvane periodically checks TLS certificates on port 443 and domain-registration expiry through RDAP for hostnames a customer adds. It displays results and, where enabled, sends transactional alerts. Checks are not continuous. Domainvane does not issue or renew certificates, register or renew domains, repair websites, or guarantee that an alert arrives before an expiry or outage.

Results may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or wrong because of network failures, third-party data, configuration, or maintenance. Customers remain responsible for renewal, validation, backups, security, and confirming information with their certificate authority and registrar.

Accounts and customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and report links secure, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having authority to monitor each hostname you add. Domainvane may reject invalid names and destinations that resolve to private, loopback, link-local, metadata, or other non-public addresses.

You retain rights in hostnames, client labels, webhook destinations, and other content you provide. You grant Andrew Reinhard d/b/a Domainvane the limited right to process that content to operate, secure, and support Domainvane. Do not submit passwords, private keys, special-category data, or unnecessary personal data.

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans, when offered, are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe and automatically renew each month until cancelled. Prices, plan limits, and included features are shown at checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Stripe processes payment credentials; Domainvane stores Stripe customer and subscription references, not full card numbers.

If you have a paid plan, you may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues through that period unless the account is terminated for cause. Plan changes and what happens when an account exceeds a lower plan's limits are shown in the product. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Report pages and integrations

Where enabled for an account, a client report page is accessible to anyone holding its unguessable link. You control its recipients and must revoke it if disclosure is no longer intended. Webhook and email delivery depend on third parties and recipient configuration. Domainvane is not responsible for a customer-selected endpoint or for how its recipient uses a delivery.

Suspension and termination

You may delete your account while signed in. Live account data is hard-deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to retained de-linked analytics, provider records, legal obligations, and backup expiry.

Andrew Reinhard d/b/a Domainvane may limit, suspend, or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or conduct that could harm the service or others. When practical, notice and a chance to cure will be provided. Immediate action may be taken for an urgent security or legal risk.

Intellectual property and feedback

Domainvane and its software, branding, and documentation belong to Andrew Reinhard d/b/a Domainvane or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the hosted service. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify you publicly without permission.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domainvane is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. Nothing excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrew Reinhard d/b/a Domainvane is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by a missed renewal, third-party service, or customer configuration. Andrew Reinhard d/b/a Domainvane's aggregate liability arising from Domainvane will not exceed fees you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when reasonably practical, notified through the service or account email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance; if you do not agree, cancel before then.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Questions may be sent to the support address displayed by Domainvane.
