Refund and Cancellation Policy

Provider: Andrew Reinhard d/b/a Domainvane, 148 Coleto Trail, Bastrop, TX 78602. Effective date: September 29, 2026.

This policy applies to monthly Domainvane subscriptions purchased through Stripe when paid checkout is available.

Cancelling

If you have a paid plan, you may cancel at any time through the Domainvane billing portal. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Unless we say otherwise when you cancel, your paid plan remains available until the end of the current billing period and then moves to the Free plan. Deleting the account is separate and immediately removes live account access and data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cancel before the renewal timestamp shown in the Stripe billing portal. We cannot promise to reverse a renewal requested after Stripe has processed it. If access to the portal fails, contact the support address shown in Domainvane before renewal and include the account email, but never send a password or payment-card details.

Refunds

Fees already charged are non-refundable and Domainvane does not provide prorated credits for unused time, partial months, downgrades, or forgotten cancellations, except where applicable law requires a refund. If a duplicate or incorrect charge was caused by us, contact support promptly so it can be investigated and corrected.

Any refund we approve returns through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside our control. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Plan changes and service termination

An upgrade or downgrade may change access and limits as the checkout or billing screen explains. If Andrew Reinhard d/b/a Domainvane permanently discontinues a paid service before the end of a paid period for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a reasonable prorated refund for the unused period. No refund is due for suspension or termination caused by a material breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, except where law requires otherwise.

This policy is governed consistently with the Terms under the laws of Texas.
